First Week Assignment

(a) Explains why you are taking this class
-  The reason why I'm taking this class is quite simple. It is a global world we're living in. Since I like to buy stuffs and see things on the internet, I found out that I want to know how social media marketing works in the real world.
(b) Discusses what you hope to get out of it?
- I really like to see videos and search things on YouTube. There are plenty of advertisement before the video starts. Some of them are so boring that I want to skip immediately, and some are so interesting that I see them until its end. I want to figure out what makes video advertisement so boring and intersting. I want to learn the difference between them.
I also want to know how viral marketing works. Even I have bought some things because of Viral Marketing, so I want to learn how the Word Of Mouth get powerful among people. I am wondering if particular subjects are more easy to attract people, then what is it.
(c) How you plan to apply what you learn in this class.
- My major is psychology. I am planning to having a job about Consumer Psychology, so I think I could learn about the Consumer and marketer's behavior and thinking. Also I could learn about strategies to attract people as effective marketing psychologist, and to avoid inefficient strategies.

10th Week Assignment

Hello Guys! I hope you all doing great. I am, personally, feeling a little bittersweet to know the class is going to end soon. It was such a great experience for me to manage all these Social Media that contains my opinion.   So, the last week’s assignment is to summarize the top 3 take-aways in the class. First, I would say it’s definitely the confidence while talking to my invisible (Internet) friends. Before taking the class I really didn’t feel comfortable talking in Social Media because I always feared about making others uncomfortable seeing my opinion in net (although it didn’t contain any offensive thoughts!).
